Over the years I have dipped in & out of gyms, classes etc etc & even been subjected to military physical training instructors (PTI’s) but Beth is the most motivational and positive person I have met. I absolutely love her Boxercise classes & really miss it if I am unable to attend due to work or other commitments. “I’ve been coming to Boxercise twice a week since April, really miss it if I can’t get. Beth really loves her job and makes her classes really good fun. She takes the trouble of learning everyone’s names which makes a real difference and works to everyone’s differing abilities which is really good as a beginner. “Beth is just AMAZING, I don’t know how she does it. I went to my first Boxercise class in the park about 18 months ago, mainly to keep my 22 year old daughter company and was hooked after just one session. I’m in my mid 50’s and have always resented being told what to do by bossy fitness instructors, Beth is so not like that but she somehow manages to encourage me push myself every single session and makes it really fun. I’m so much fitter than when I started which is beneficial to my other sporting pursuits and it has helped me through a difficult menopause (sorry if that’s TMI). “I have been training with Beth for 6 months now and the results have been fantastic. What I love is the whole plan that you get, its not just about the hours training per week but about the eating plan, the diary and the exercise “homework!” Beth makes it fun rather than a chore and she knows just how to get me motivated which I just never got when I was simply at a gym. The first time I met Beth she was friendly, enthusiastic, she clearly loves her job and made me feel very much at ease.
